Poor customer service
May 14, 2022I wish I could put zero stars.Never in the office.They never answer the phones or return calls. I have left several messages in the past two weeks. I just don’t understand it.SMH.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible
September 7, 2021I lived here for two years and i had nothing but the worst management. They were never there, never answered emails, never in their office. The laundry room was constantly not working, there was flooding in the basement almost every week. There was bugs all over the place and the rent kept going up every year.Review from Apartments.com
Disaster
March 1, 2021The building is literally falling apart. Bricks falling from the roof smashing cars. Ceilings leaking and falling in huge chunks in my apartment. Cabinets fell off the wall destroying all of my glasses and dishes. Very poor contracting work done in what they call renovations. Covid hit and it took about 6 months for hand sanitizer to show up in the building by the doors and elavators. And Lastly management and maintenance is the most poorly organized and unprofessional people ive ever delt ...with. A beach resort without the cost
July 28, 2015I moved here in 1992 . when the super lead us off the elevator and we headed east I was excited. when he opened the door to the end apartment facing the east I couldn't have been more excited I was facing the Atlantic Ocean and nothing was obstructing my view. my family knows that the only way I will ever leave this awesome location is feet first. additionally all utilities are included and basic cable. great landlord. we also have the option of garage parking for a fee but our cars are ...protected from the elements and laundry facilities on the premises are cheap. this is an all inclusive property with easy beach access, young professionals are recognizing the value of this property and moving in.
