  • Avoid! This is not a good place to live!

    Neighbors are obnoxiously loud all the time and the walls are paper thin for noise. The ceiling and floors are not insulated therefore you hear every step and furniture movement done. You hear every flush and every single laundry load from the neighbors. Not all apartments had been remodel, so good luck if they decide to remodel the unit next to yours without any notification. The location is very convenient and nice, with the exception that one block down the fire department is located and it is ...
    worse than a Die Hard Movie. Management does not provide any assistance for anything and does not even answer to complains. Management does not communicate in advance of any repairs done. The rents are high and what you get for it is very min. Simply avoid this place.

    Living at Mural is OK. Management has been non-existent and common areas are kept quite dirty with noticeable dust and grime. There is a layer of dust along the walls of corridors. I have lived here for 10 months and have never seen or heard a cleaning crew. They do regularly pick-up recycling outside resident's door. The call box has not been working for close to 4 months. Otherwise, my unit layout is great, but carpet and countertops need an upgrade.

    Would be a nice place, but it is above a terrible restaurant called 'Agave' that blares music into surrounding homes with outdoor speakers. Unlivable. Trying to find another place to live after just over a month here. Awful.

    I'm quite pleased with my stay here so far. I don't ask for much but tend to be a hard person to please when I do want something and the Mural community has succeeded so far in resolving whatever issues I've had quickly and efficiently.

    I love living at Mural! The location is amazing, the community is extremely well maintained, the amenities are great, and the management team is friendly and helpful! This is my first apartment so upon signing my lease I was very nervous and I had no idea what to expect. The leasing team made the process seamless and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I can definitely see myself spending another year here!

    Mural has been awesome. The staff is incredibly patient and kind and they helped me get the apartment Im in when I moved from Texas. That’s a big move! They were with me every step of the way and really helped me out with the application process. Super thankful this place is my home!
