January 22, 2026Our apartment had many issues upon moving in. For example closet doors off tracks, hinges not attached to doors, the back door lock broken, light hanging from ceiling, and a good size part of the floor trim missing to name a few. It can be a little upsetting when you pay a good amount of money to move into an apartment and there is so many issues upon moving in. As well as being told these are the best apartments in Little Rock when not only did we move in seeing these issues but then we go over ...to our laundry facilities on the property and they didn't even work. January 5, 2026The community is pretty decent overall there is just always something needing to be fixed but maintenance comes right away to fix it !! There will be a lot of trash but they come get that after a few days overall this is a 3 star property not too bad but not the best that they can beProperty Manager Responded

September 21, 2025Since I’ll be moving out shortly let me share my experience… when I first moved in it was really nice they had great communication and all the neighbors are really rude tho and not welcoming the first problem I had was my door off the hinges it took maintenance a week literally to put screws and put my door back up the major problem was when it started raining and my living room ceiling fell down it smelled like mildew and wet stuff my 60 inch tv broke and everything ! It took two weeks for them ...to come and put a piece of wood over the hole ! Never came back and checked never said we a discount rent nothing they expected me to pay full month rent even know I couldn’t stay there plus I have a child ! Very poor communication wouldn’t recommend at all !Property Manager Responded
