I was recently locked out of my apartment due to a building issue and called the emergency line four times with no answer. No staff were on site, and a security guard—not management—was the only person who helped. This same problem happened before, and nothing was fixed. On top of that, the elevator breaks down almost every other week, and the building is often dirty, especially in common areas. For what this place advertises, the reality is far from ...it.
