February 28, 2025Love the apt building experience. A little bit sad that the roof deck is closed at the moment but excited for the monorail add on. Only other thing is I went to the hot tub with my partner the other day and it didn’t have any heat. February 3, 2025Love it here. Beautiful management office, prime location in downtown for where the most part it’s always quiet down here in a prime eating and exploring area. Right next to the La metro rail which will take you wherever you want to go downtown in the matter of 2-3 minutes maximum. The apartment is clean and beautiful I know they just renovated the apartments so they look sleek and modern inside. January 20, 2025I truly couldn’t be happier. The staff is warm and welcoming, not just when trying to get you to sign. The building is spotless at all times and has a warm welcoming smell to it. Maintenance requests are completed quickly. The location is perfect for a commute to Keck Hospital/LA general 8-12 minutes. Very happy with my choice to live here. When people come to visit, they are wowed by the building, amenities, my apartment, the rooftop, and honestly the really good rent deal in LA. I don’t recommend it
January 14, 2025Be aware they never return deposit to anyone me and my neighbors got scammed from this scam tower they selling you fake luxury yet so poor customer service, they will up charge you when you check out for ridiculous ammount no one came to check after I gave a month notice. They are the worst place to live in they ruin my credit and they still harassing me with emails till today . Don’t live here it’s scam and they are breaking the law and they will ruin your life.Review from Apartments.com

January 3, 2025Would be a great place to live if the smell of cigarettes and weed did not travel into my apartment through the vents. Also the elevators have been undergoing maintenance for over two months.Property Manager Responded

No Deposit returns
December 18, 2024Insane leasing office here. They will under no circumstance return your deposit and will send debt collection agency after you if you refuse to pay additional bills they send you for normal wear and tear cleaning and painting services.Review from Apartments.com

December 17, 2024They take your full deposit and send additional bills after you leave. Left the apartment in perfect condition and still got charged for cleaning and painting. Tried for weeks to talk to someone but nobody picks up the phone or responds to emails.Review from Apartments.com
