I rented the apartment sight unseen, online and although the apartment didn’t meet my expectations, I adjusted to the challenges that I encountered moving forward. My last maintenance request was to let me back into my unit after I locked myself out after hours on Friday, February 7, 2025. I was mortified because I didn’t want to make anyone have to come out on a Friday just to let me into my apartment unit, plus I was trying to not feel lonely and sad on my birthday. But when I called the ...maintenance emergency hotline, every person I spoke with when I called was so kind and patient and helpful, I didn’t feel embarrassed. I especially appreciate Dario coming out to museum walk to let me into my apartment unit. The kindness and professionalism of TLC’s response makes the lockout fee worth it.
