November 26, 2025Recently relocated back to Chicago with high expectations and looked forward to experience living in a studio apartment for the first time. However, I have not been having a favorable or positive experience living here at Museum Walk Apartments. I rented the apartment sight unseen, online and although the apartment didn’t meet my expectations, I adjusted to the challenges that I encountered moving forward. February 19, 2025Museum Walk Apartments has been my home since 2001, and even though it’s been many different managers, almost every single one of them made me feel like I belong here. My last maintenance request was to let me back into my unit after I locked myself out after hours on Friday, February 7, 2025. I was mortified because I didn’t want to make anyone have to come out on a Friday just to let me into my apartment unit, plus I was trying to not feel lonely and sad on my birthday. But when I called the ...maintenance emergency hotline, every person I spoke with when I called was so kind and patient and helpful, I didn’t feel embarrassed. I especially appreciate Dario coming out to museum walk to let me into my apartment unit. The kindness and professionalism of TLC’s response makes the lockout fee worth it.
