DON'T MOVE HERE

Lived here 2 years, this building is very dirty never clean it has foul odors coming from carpets and other tenants apartments smell too. Laundry room is trashed and has homeless people in it. you can hear the neighbors walking upstairs very loud. two people got shot in front of the building. You'll always hear helicopters, and cars speeding through the streets. People screaming in the streets in the middle of the night. The building hardly ever gets cleaned.

Poor management and maintenance

Lived here for a few years and went through 4 different apartment managers. The most recent one doesn’t even live on the property. Most of the maintainence workers barely know what they are doing. The lady Debbie who manages all the properties will simply tell you “if you don’t like it move out”. Probably the worst experience I’ve had at an apartment complex. The elevator is constantly out of service and the laundry machines overflow every time. Be cautious with this place.
