Runaround...(8/6/19)
August 6, 2019This is a review of the management staff rather than the property itself. I am trying to move into Northwood Manor. I was told 3 weeks ago that I was approved and that I only needed my soc. and a signature and that I could move in on Aug. 1st. I made arrangements for the move, including internet/phone service to be transferred to the new address, as well as setting up for furniture to be moved. I went to get my key on July 31 only to be told that I had 20 pages to fill out in front of them. ...I came and filled out the required paperwork which they then had to scan, forward, review, approve, and then they "would let me know". I then went home the morning of the 1st and cancelled everything I had set up to move me that day...that was five days ago. I am living out of boxes and am not getting my mail because I had already done the change of address with the post office (which is now holding my mail). Overall, this is much more stressful than it should be and it's taking its toll. Honestly, I haven't even seen the apt. yet. Each day I call them once in the morning, then once in the afternoon to find out if they've gotten the approval yet. I just pray that it's soon. Brad from PullmanRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
