December 2, 2024I genuinely do not have a single negative thing to say about this complex. This is the first complex that has truly felt like “home” to me. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The staff here is absolute TOP TIER. There are not enough words to brag about every single last person that makes this complex what it is from management, to leasing, to maintenance, to our events coordinator, and groundskeeping, etc. They always go above and beyond and are on top of everything. As a single female, ...safety is my number one priority above everything else. Our butterfly system, our staff, our guidelines, LMS parking, and our security team, help me feel safe every single day here. Aside from safety, cleanliness and luxury are my other non-negotiables. And I have never seen another complex in Charlotte, not even in the South Park area, be as clean as this complex is. I wish I could give an award myself to our maintenance team because they are the most professional, knowledgeable, and punctual team I have EVER seen. And this complex screams luxury. Between our gorgeous amenities, aesthetically pleasing appearance (literally everywhere from the grounds, exteriors, interiors, and apartments), and even the little minor details like the floor plan layouts and features. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. I tell everyone I know. I never plan on leaving this complex any time soon because of how incredible it is here. I absolutely love it here. As a single, professional, adult, female, having an apartment that feels safe and clean is very important to me and that’s what this community is! The community staff is by far the greatest I have ever seen. They are on top of EVERYTHING. The amenities and area we are located is worth bragging about. We have the GREATEST event coordinator who plans such great events for the neighbors to socialize and have fun! ...I cannot brag about this place enough. It truly is luxury living. August 8, 2024I absolutely LOVE living here. This is the first apartment where I have really felt like I can call it my “home”. When I come home from work I can feel my stress melt off because of how much I love my apartment. The complex and floor plans are so aesthetically pleasing and the location making running errands a breeze. I never have to stress over maintenance because we have the greatest maintenance team in the world. We have such a great and diverse group of people living here that are all so kind ...and friendly. I love our monthly social events as they are really unique and there’s something for everyone. I mean, I really can’t say enough great things about this complex. My friends and family love coming to visit me, and I love being able to work from home with a beautiful lake view (also VERY excited for the new public library being built next door!!)
