Great Staff, Great Building, Great Neighborhood

I was one of the first residents at Novel Uptown, and have had a wonderful experience living here. The staff (Bailey, Brett, Madi, Eric and Cami) are friendly, responsive, and fun to be around. The building is welcoming of pets. The amenities are first rate. The in-unit finishes are very nice. The neighborhood is interesting (hello Colfax) but I live here with my teenage daughter and feel safe in the neighborhood and love the walkability, especially down 17th Ave. where there are great bars and ...
restaurants very close to home. I have seen other complaints about Fetch for deliveries, and I have to agree with those. But, that is a minor inconvenience given so much good at the building. The staff have built a good community and it has been a pleasure living here.
