Chic building; engaging events
September 22, 2025Novel Uptown is one of my favorite buildings in Denver in the decade I’ve been here. Finishes are sleek but not overdone, and gas ranges here still!!! Events are fun on level 10. Working nights mostly its hard to get excited about making plans when you have a night off, here there is always opportunity to be social with little effort from me lol. September 22, 2025This property is tucked away in its own charming building equipped with one of, if not the best, coffee shops in Denver, which is open to the public so it feels like you're a part of the community, in the comfort of your own home! The views out of the building are gorgeous, with the capital on one side and the city skyline with the mountain range on the other. The interior is to die for. Everything is so perfectly modern while still feeling comforting and accessible to the every-day person. No ...to mention, the property managers are beautiful inside AND out! Beautiful Unit, Great Amenities, Amazing Staff
July 22, 2025Leasing staff can really make or break an experience, so I'm grateful for the Novel Uptown team. I also love the amenities here and use them often (gym, pool, hot tub, rooftop grill). My unit has an amazing view of the Basilica and of the Capitol, and also has lovely finishes in its own right. I often walk to Marczyks market, Cheesman Park, and to one of the many restaurants nearby. And I'm always grabbing a drink at Corvus downstairs.Review from Apartments.com

Not impressed
May 29, 2025I moved into this brand new “luxury” complex in March 2025 and have had a stressful and disappointing experiences. This apartment complex uses Fetch for package delivery services. You are required to pay for and use Fetch. Please see Fetch’s reviews on N Broadway, the 300+ one-star ratings are accurate! They are horrible and I’ve had to deal with stolen, lost and undeliverable oversized packages. Certain companies do not recognize and won’t accept Fetch’s delivery address. No use of having ...Amazon Prime or expedited shipping since Fetch can take up to 24 hours to deliver packages. In just a short time, I’ve also dealt with: • A leaking fire sprinkler with no emergency maintenance support in the middle of the night • Frequent Power outages • A water shut-off • Elevator outages • A non working AC unit in my brand-new apartment that went unrepaired for days • Random fire alarms • Ongoing construction crew on site and next door • Mailboxes are still not set up • Pool is not open, with no timeline • Parking in basement and 1st floor is limited and cluttered with contractor vehicles and debris like nails. Best parking options with Parkade are $165+ on the 2nd floor. I would not recommend living at Novel Uptown.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
