The apartments themselves are nice inside. Mold is pretty standard, though. The residents like to back vehicles into parking spots, which is forbidden in the lease but never enforced. This causes you to be woken up in the middle of the night or early morning when people have loud exhaust. They don't cut the grass very often during the summer; it gets super tall. alarm went off in a building for 4 1/2 hours. The office staff who could have disabled it did nothing and left for the day. They will find clever ways to fine you and give you a lease violation for something like leaving your trash can out past 9am, and then never do it to any of your neighbors when they do the exact same thing. They pick and choose when to enforce things, which gives you a sense of unfairness. They will also take reviews and hold them against you when you renew your lease. So there's that too. Don't believe their rent prices. They pack in lots of extras like mandatory Xfinity, trash fees, valet trash fees, and gym fees. The gates are broken at least half of the year, and vehicle theft is common.
