It's okay
July 15, 2024The apartments themselves are nice inside. Mold is pretty standard, though. The residents like to back vehicles into parking spots, which is forbidden in the lease but never enforced. This causes you to be woken up in the middle of the night or early morning when people have loud exhaust. They don't cut the grass very often during the summer; it gets super tall. The maintenance workers have been very kind, but the office staff has been unhelpful. For example, the other day at 4:40pm the fire ...alarm went off in a building for 4 1/2 hours. The office staff who could have disabled it did nothing and left for the day. They will find clever ways to fine you and give you a lease violation for something like leaving your trash can out past 9am, and then never do it to any of your neighbors when they do the exact same thing. They pick and choose when to enforce things, which gives you a sense of unfairness. They will also take reviews and hold them against you when you renew your lease. So there's that too. Don't believe their rent prices. They pack in lots of extras like mandatory Xfinity, trash fees, valet trash fees, and gym fees. The gates are broken at least half of the year, and vehicle theft is common.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Do Not Lease Here!
September 2, 2023I had a terrible experience at this apartment complex. The facilities were poorly maintained. My wheels got stolen and my car was left on bricks. Security is useless and the gates are always broken. The noise from neighbors was unbearable, and the walls seemed paper-thin. Overall, I would not recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

April 17, 2023I moved here from NY & This place was one of my top place. I’ve been here for almost a year in august. There’s a lot of pros and cons about this place but it’s more pros. I love my apartment, every picture taken above is exactly how it looks. The pros are The workers they’re are all nice and understanding. You have a list of shopping centers if you don’t have a car there all walking distance literally. If you’re in nursing or work in fast food easy distance. There’s a few nursing homes and a lot ...of fast food places, restaurants & retail jobs, the apartments are nice on the inside and outside neighbors are quiet it’s not really a lot of noise besides cars, the complex is really nice if you like to go on walks there’s also a neighborhood next to NoVu where you can walk. I would list these as luxury apartments I dont plan on leaving anytime soon. My advice if you’re moving here from out of state research jobs and there starting pay because the pay in Texas is way different. The cons are the walls are somewhat thin I can’t hear my neighbors talking or anything but I can hear if alarms go off, my garbage disposal doesn’t work it may have a shortage in it, I feel like maintenance only comes quicker if you have one of the leasing agents put in a work order & the loud truck on of the residents has wakes me up early in the morning, I don’t use my balcony because it’s not much to look at lol I’m on the opposite side which only gives you a view of the parking spaces but if you care about the view you can always see if there’s a apt with the poolside view. There’s not really much cons to me you’ll love living here. Do not move here
January 12, 2023I should have listened to the reviews saying not to move here. Good luck getting anything done. The staff are extremely unprofessional and do not communicate things with you. I stood and waited to talk to someone and they continued having fun with each other like i wasn’t standing there. Work orders are never done when they say they will be, and you have to constantly contact them to remind them to do things. I still have not received for trash can for valet trash after 2 months living here.Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT MOVE HERE
October 3, 2022Do not move here, I have been here for 6 months and conditions keep declining. The pictures do not reflect the actual apartments. I moved here from another state without touring the property. Pet owners let their pets use the bathroom anywhere even on the sidewalk. Valet trash is disgusting leaving stains and smells in the hallway. Maintenance is very slow to resolve work orders. I have a balcony I cannot enjoy because I smell pet urine from below.
