July 2, 2024My gf & I work 12hr shifts, and dont want to look and/or deal with street parking. We asked on the in person tour & over the phone to which they constantly reassured us that there would be additional parking available for purchase. The day after we submitted our $300 deposit & $90 application fees, they said there will be no additional parking available… after a couple days, they are now saying that they never even offered that in the first place, so they wont return our deposit or application ...fees. Mistake learned, always get everything in writing. Cant imagine what wouldve happened if we signed the lease and/or gave the first month rent… wouldnt get that back either. They just want your money.
