I’ve bee here for the past 3 years and i love it. Solely become a place i see myself living for more years to come. Just need some minor improvements most especially with maintenance, other than that, the management is really great

I love the NvE and everyone is very nice. However, it is difficult to communicate with staff in order to request a repair or some other issue. That would be my only complaint. I do thank everyone for all their help and friendliness.

Barely okay. Few issues of homeless getting into building and sleeping in common areas. Couple times mail room was robbed. Building management turns over ever couple months.

This place is a joke -
It's great if you are self-sufficient and hire your own maintenance staff to fix items in your apartment. It's great if you aren't concerned with security. We have had a break-in and packages stolen they have done nothing. The smoke detector alert in the entrance has been going off for weeks.
What they do care about is finding out IF there is a building chat group of tenants talking about how bad the building is - They dont have their priorities straight at all!

Since I moved in, we have dealt with dilapidated living conditions, including mold, broken drawers and cabinets, homeless people sleeping in the garage and breaking in to pull fire alarms, and that's just getting started. They also have the audacity to raise rents, which is probably why so many people are leaving. They are bleeding residents and trying to win them back by offering referral bonuses that don't even cover 2 weeks of rent.
