September 29, 2025This place is a joke - It's great if you are self-sufficient and hire your own maintenance staff to fix items in your apartment. It's great if you aren't concerned with security. We have had a break-in and packages stolen they have done nothing. The smoke detector alert in the entrance has been going off for weeks. What they do care about is finding out IF there is a building chat group of tenants talking about how bad the building is - They dont have their priorities straight at all!Review from Apartments.com

DO NOT EVEN THINK OF LIVING HERE
January 7, 2025Since I moved in, we have dealt with dilapidated living conditions, including mold, broken drawers and cabinets, homeless people sleeping in the garage and breaking in to pull fire alarms, and that's just getting started. They also have the audacity to raise rents, which is probably why so many people are leaving. They are bleeding residents and trying to win them back by offering referral bonuses that don't even cover 2 weeks of rent.Review from Apartments.com
