WORST management ever
July 1, 2022I usually don't give bad reviews but this was my WORST experience. Pathetic service. I specifically asked the assistant manager for a 6 month lease and she agreed and she sent me the wrong lease for a year. Later she pretended like the conversation never happened and asked me to pay 2 months extra on top of that to break it. She was very arrogant and deceptive. Don't expect any honesty here. They will try every trick they have up their sleeve to take out money from your pocket. The apartments are ...fine, its the management that's the problem, no respect or understanding for the renter. While moving in she was so accommodating, and right after signing the lease she totally changed her words on everything.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Avoid at All Costs
March 19, 2021Management is constantly changing so nobody ever has a clue what's going on, the people fly through the parking lots, blaring music at all hours, kids running around with no supervision, dog attacks and shootings on the regular...just to name a few. They will try to charge you any and all fees they can while you live there...even if you are never late on your rent. Wouldn't recommend living here to my worst enemy.Property Manager Responded

Best Amenities in Champaign
July 16, 2019Been living here a few months and so far it's been a good experience. Amenities are first class, large fitness center, nice pool and indoor basketball court. Kids everywhere would knock on your door 10 times every day..complained about it to management but they don't care.car key stolen from door. September 24, 2015As a gated community you still enjoy the connectivity to the greater Champaign area. Nantucket Cove is located in an area of shops, hotels, restaurants, and the market view mall. Even if you drive you will want to park your car and walk the area. Nantucket Cove is multi-cultural, with people of all ages from infants to seniors. The amenities are great, the property is well taken care of by both staff and residents and the pool that is the center of attraction for many is an added luxury. ...The rental is fair and comparable. Best Apartment Ever!!!
July 27, 2015This apartment in Champaign Illinois is literally the best apartment ever because there's a huge balcony well you can choose if you want a pool view or a parking lot view but the parking lot view is much cheaper for sure. There's an amazing dishwasher, washer and dryer already in the apartment, ice maker in the freezer and a built in microwave. The rooms are huge and the living room area is pretty big for a apartment, I would have to say that the kitchen is a little bit smaller than expected but ...it still is an amazing apartment to me.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
