WORST management ever

I usually don't give bad reviews but this was my WORST experience. Pathetic service. I specifically asked the assistant manager for a 6 month lease and she agreed and she sent me the wrong lease for a year. Later she pretended like the conversation never happened and asked me to pay 2 months extra on top of that to break it. She was very arrogant and deceptive. Don't expect any honesty here. They will try every trick they have up their sleeve to take out money from your pocket. The apartments are ...
fine, its the management that's the problem, no respect or understanding for the renter. While moving in she was so accommodating, and right after signing the lease she totally changed her words on everything.

Avoid at All Costs

Management is constantly changing so nobody ever has a clue what's going on, the people fly through the parking lots, blaring music at all hours, kids running around with no supervision, dog attacks and shootings on the regular...just to name a few. They will try to charge you any and all fees they can while you live there...even if you are never late on your rent. Wouldn't recommend living here to my worst enemy.

Best Amenities in Champaign

Been living here a few months and so far it's been a good experience. Amenities are first class, large fitness center, nice pool and indoor basketball court. Very pet friendly, with dog park. Nothing to complain about from management, though there is new management now since I moved in. Apartments are in a great location, easy to get to things.

No peace at night or day time.always disturbed with upstairs people walking, moving, working out. Kids everywhere would knock on your door 10 times every day..complained about it to management but they don't care.car key stolen from door. Loud music.this place is not worth.

As a gated community you still enjoy the connectivity to the greater Champaign area. Nantucket Cove is located in an area of shops, hotels, restaurants, and the market view mall. Even if you drive you will want to park your car and walk the area. Nantucket Cove is multi-cultural, with people of all ages from infants to seniors. The amenities are great, the property is well taken care of by both staff and residents and the pool that is the center of attraction for many is an added luxury. ...
The rental is fair and comparable. The sad thing about Nantucket Cove is that its people are transit. But as the saying goes, "all good things must come to an end."

Best Apartment Ever!!!

This apartment in Champaign Illinois is literally the best apartment ever because there's a huge balcony well you can choose if you want a pool view or a parking lot view but the parking lot view is much cheaper for sure. There's an amazing dishwasher, washer and dryer already in the apartment, ice maker in the freezer and a built in microwave. The rooms are huge and the living room area is pretty big for a apartment, I would have to say that the kitchen is a little bit smaller than expected but ...
