DO NOT RENT HERE
February 24, 2023I’m a current resident and I have a pest problem, mice to be exact. All I ask is to be peaceful let out of lease without being held responsible for any penalties and I have been denied. Pest control and maintenance is only leaving sticky mouse traps all over my house and not to mention I have kids, one a toddler. After weeks of this problem my refrigerator and stove was finally pulled out but not much done. Property Manager is NO HELP. She brags about not having this issue due to having a cat. ...She is very talkative and will over talk you. Bottom line is DO NOT RENT OVER HERE. You will be treated unfairly and basically forced to live in an uninhabitable area.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
March 22, 2022This is the worst place in the WORLD to live in. Currently it is flooded due to the rain, my neighbors car is submerged under water. They do NOT fix anything. My oven does not work, my electric bill is almost $300 YEAR ROUND! They are old and outdated. The floor in my kitchen is sunken in and feels like if we walk to hard we will fall through it. It’s SHOOTING every other night and every weekend…. Don’t move here, and management does not care. Brooksie is nice in the office but that’s about it. ...Maintenance is the sorriest men I’ve ever seen. The only decent thing here is in inside of the office.Property Manager Responded

Unfortunately, we cannot control mother nature or the water levels of the lake but we do our best to keep residents up to date with emergency weather notifications. Thankfully we have had no reported damage during the storms Sunday evening. After reviewing your account I do not show any outstanding work orders, please contact the leasing office for any maintenance issues you are having in your home and we will get them taken care of. Horrible Experience
August 12, 2021I really don’t like to write bad reviews but if I can save someone from a year worth of trouble it will give me some peace. The apartment is old and has outdated appliances that’s don’t work. My refrigerator didn’t get cold I put in several work orders and they never fixed it. I lost food because of this had bugs all in the refrigerator due to this and it was never taking care of it. I had the worse noisiest neighbors ever. They would fight and play extremely loud music all through the night ...while I was sleeping and I called the apartment complex and complained over 10 times and NOTHING WAS DONE. It got to the point where I just left my apartment three months before my lease was up and continued to pay the rent because I couldn’t take it anymore. Last but not least I had a very bad pest problem that I won’t even mention. Just do not live here if you want a peaceful living space!Property Manager Responded

Biggest regret is signing that lease
September 1, 2018If I could give zero stars, I would. It took 4 months to get our AC fixed, our not even 1000 sqft apartment had an electric bill of 350 dollars and would not cool down below 76 degrees in July. We've had nothing but problems since moving in. And as of today, our master bathroom sink has been leaking for an entire YEAR. That's right. 365 days. If you have any desire to save your sanity, do not live here.Review from Apartments.com

August 28, 2018These apartments are HORRIBLE. They do not like to fix anything yet they expect their rent money on time . Terrible place to live...
June 12, 2018The apartment needs an upgrade...the leasing office has been upgraded. The carpet is old, stained and worn...walls have been patched in certain areas...appliances are old and outdated. Management is FAKE and will constantly put you off...it takes FOREVER to get anything repaired. Bottom line...DON'T RENT FROM THEM, you get what you pay for.Property Manager Responded

BIG REGRET
