Poor maintenance
January 25, 2023I get it, these buildings are old. Not old enough to write off as uninhabitable but old enough where you accept little quirks that come with the building: old hardware, years of layered paint, you get the point. The issue is when you have major issues that require more than a slap of paint, you know like broken microwaves and doors. Maintenance will do everything possible to not have to simply replace things while showing up randomly unannounced at your home to fix things at the most ...inconvenient times imaginable. This place needs work to say the least and I don’t mean the apartments, it’s the crew running it.Property Manager Responded

Inconsiderate management
April 5, 2018Management is rude and inconsiderate. We were "REQUIRED" to move everything out of our storage closet multiple times within a span of 3 months to minor maintenance. Maintenance accidentally let our dog out did not inform us. We were contacted by a neighbor. One of the contractors that the property routinely uses entered our property without consent or notice. Management did not do anything to make sure this would never happen again. Property manager was annoyed that the phone rang to many ...times when I called in to ask a question. Pool was closed in October 2017 and was told that it would reopen in November 2017. It is now April 2018. Feels like you're away from the hustle
August 14, 2015Great apartment complex where you don't feel like you're in the middle of the overly populated Bay Area. It's right next to a park and super quiet EVEN on game days. Only thing I would be careful about is that some apartments don't have much natural light which is a bummer. Also, first floor patios barely count as patios.Review from Apartments.com
