If you're looking for a decent place to live & this is one of your options, take this as a sign to go with your OTHER option. And I know this review looks long, but if you're considering this place as somewhere to call home, it's worth reading.
For one, there is a pest issue throughout the entire complex. My apt has been sprayed countless times & it's not due to hygene because it is well kept on my end. I see the same types of bugs running through the complex at all hours. Completely disgusting. ...
TWO, there is an issue with this complex & theft. My car got broken into on one occasion. I had to drive to work in the rain with no passenger window. A couple months after that I purchase a new car & it was STOLEN from right outside my apt. Come to find out a couple of months after that my neighbors noticed a "suspicious" looking couple walking around the complex trying to open car doors. What's the point of "on-site" security when my neighbor is a better at it Oh & cameras Non existent.
THREE, I have been in this complex for a yr (lease almost over thank God) & on several occasions I have come home to an apt REEKING of paint. It always lasts for multiple days, if not a week..with no prior notice or reason why How can I relax in my overpriced apartment when I have a headache due to inhaling the smell of chemicals
FOUR, and what has finally led me to write a review, my washer has been broken for over a week. The office has been notified now on four separate occasions. One of which I we were advised it was fixed. Assuming we weren't being lied to, we put our laundry in only for it to wet my clothes & then completely shut off, which is exactly what it was doing before.
In addition to all of this my power went out in only my building once & my apartment was flooded due to a maintenance issue in the apartment above mine once too.
Don't be fooled by the renovated apartments, or how spacious they are, like I was. This complex will only bring you headaches.

I recently moved to Napoli Apartments and I have to say the staff both Francine and Olga were really nice and always try their best to help when there's an issue. This Property has been a really nice experience so far and I do thank the staff for that! I do plan to live here for a couple years and I definitely recommend it.

The apartment complex was bought last year and a new team moved in. They are the worst thing about this place, the maintenance man wont come to any appointments set on time and when he does he smells heavily of smoke and wont talk to you if your not the man of the house. He also does not like to fix things so they have to call companies from outside to fix anything and until they are actually willing to call which takes lots of complaining your just out of luck until then. so used to saying no that they wont actually do anything they leave notes or have to try and call the old management to handle any situation. The gym used to be very nice and had free WiFi, now more then half of the equipment doesn't work and there is no wifi at all not to mention that they have a tv in the gym which is never on and extremely hard to reach. There have been altercations between new people who theyve allowed to move in which have resulted in the police being called, but the complex itself wont do anything anymore including actually allow the charges to be filled. They raised the rent over a hundred dollars upon renewing and then afterwards in the middle of the contract they changed all of the assigned parking so that u have to park across the complex from your home.

They recently change the name of the apartments, they change the team, the maintenance people and everything!! It ------- suck!! The maintenance man comes in your house smelling like smoke and don't fix anything, the gym sucks everything is broken, they don't have free wifi, so when you in the non working gym you can't play music and the tv is off! This complex is in the heart of Vegas and I save so much money on gas. I have Charlie
Frias Park across the street the has a track, basketball courts, jungle gym, dog park, tennis courts, etc. Home Depot, 24 hour fitness, Trader Joes, Sprouts, Smiths, and the Strip all all 30 seconds to less than 5 minutes away. We're by The Palms and Orleans. If you work on or near the Strip than this place is perfect. You'll find that you can get ahead living here. The pool area is really nice. This ...
isn't a 5 star apartment but if you're looking for a practical place to live for the amount that you pay, it's very doable . Small cockroaches are something at we have to deal with in the city no matter where you stay so you might have to call on an exterminator service that Camden offers on a regular basis. The staff is really nice and they work with you if there's something that you're not happy with. I had a couple of mishaps with the rent where the automatic debit turned off on its own and the amount on the statement was different from the amount I paid. The late fees on those were forgiven but I think they also know that I've turned in rent on time all the other months for the last year and a half that I've been here. I wouldn't expect the same forgiveness if you're a repeat offender. If you don't like driving long distances to get to the places that you need to go and you're into practical living, this is the place for you... Or at least it's worth checking out.

Hi my name is Sarahi h. I've been living at Camden cove for 6 months now and let me tell you. It's been great. The management is amazing!!!! If we have any problems they fix it that same day or the next day. We had a light bulb go out they came out the same day and fixed it. Also they keep the apartment complex very clean. Camden cove also allows pets to live here as well. We don't own a pet but they keep disposable stations all around the complex to keep it clean. u never here pets barking or ...
see pets walking around with out the owner. It's very quite and all our neighbors are very nice. They have a 24 hr pool with a new big bbq station and also a 24 hr gym. I travel a lot for work, so being close to the airport is a must for me- easily accessible to the strip, 20 min from Summerlin. One bedrooms are spacious, with a gigantic bathtub and decent size closet.
The staff is very helpful and is reachable 24/7, even after hours. If I have had any maintenance issues, they have been resolved very quickly. Ive been here for 2.5 years and the office staff have been nice enough to replace everything Ive asked for- carpet, refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer. ...
Despite not really being in a "residential area", gardeners are here at least once a week for up keep on the building, making it feel like a little oasis. The pool area was just redone and is generally empty during the weekdays. Not too many kids on the property (good). Really good value for the size of the place and I can see why Camden has been rated in the top 10 companies by Forbes, 4 years in a row.
