If you're looking for a decent place to live & this is one of your options, take this as a sign to go with your OTHER option. And I know this review looks long, but if you're considering this place as somewhere to call home, it's worth reading.
For one, there is a pest issue throughout the entire complex. My apt has been sprayed countless times & it's not due to hygene because it is well kept on my end. I see the same types of bugs running through the complex at all hours. Completely disgusting. ...
TWO, there is an issue with this complex & theft. My car got broken into on one occasion. I had to drive to work in the rain with no passenger window. A couple months after that I purchase a new car & it was STOLEN from right outside my apt. Come to find out a couple of months after that my neighbors noticed a "suspicious" looking couple walking around the complex trying to open car doors. What's the point of "on-site" security when my neighbor is a better at it Oh & cameras Non existent.
THREE, I have been in this complex for a yr (lease almost over thank God) & on several occasions I have come home to an apt REEKING of paint. It always lasts for multiple days, if not a week..with no prior notice or reason why How can I relax in my overpriced apartment when I have a headache due to inhaling the smell of chemicals
FOUR, and what has finally led me to write a review, my washer has been broken for over a week. The office has been notified now on four separate occasions. One of which I we were advised it was fixed. Assuming we weren't being lied to, we put our laundry in only for it to wet my clothes & then completely shut off, which is exactly what it was doing before.
In addition to all of this my power went out in only my building once & my apartment was flooded due to a maintenance issue in the apartment above mine once too.
Don't be fooled by the renovated apartments, or how spacious they are, like I was. This complex will only bring you headaches.
