  • Newly renovated apartment

    June 4, 2025
    I recently decided to move to a smaller apartment at Nari. The one the showed me and I decided to move to has just been renovated and it is just beautiful. Nari has been doing a great job renovating and making this a beautiful apartment complex to move to. I've been living here two years and in that time the transformation has been astonishing. If your looking for a great place to live, close to downtown, you should come check it out.

  • 5 star is a joke

    The water and electricity bills are shared among all residents, which means you have to pitch in several hundred dollars even when you're not home. More, packages frequently go missing. The elevator frequently has a strong smell of marijuana. The gym's air conditioning breaks down every month. After moving out, they come up with all sorts of reasons to deduct over 50% of your security deposit, even for things that are just normal wear and tear.

  • I don’t know how they have 5 stars

    It looks good on paper and it was fine before covid but it is getting worse and worse. There’s only about 15 visitor parking spots for a building with over 100 units. Cars get broken into all the time and the thieves always conveniently know which floors don’t have cameras. Package delivery is a nightmare. All the security workers have attitudes and do their job poorly, if at all. There is a party every weekend on the pool area with about 30 people and security does nothing. There are so many ...
    airbnbs in the building and im sure the building owners are the ones doing it. Only 2 treadmills in the gym work and the rest of the equipment is old, broken or deteriorating. The apartments share vents so you could get a smoker or stinky food smells in your apartment. Giving 2 stars because maintenance is amazing and the employees are great. Also the other good thing is floors and walls are thick so you don’t hear much.

    The leasing staff was professional, prompt, and helpful. Our experience with Jesse Ochoa at the leasing office was incredible; our need of making the move-in date contingent upon sale of our home just perfect! The amenities are just incredible beyond expectations not to mention the spectacular view! We are very happy here at The Vermont. We made the right choice!

    Current living at The Vermont. I don't see anything unusual than any other properties where I lived in Los Angeles. This is an awesome building with a amazing view of LA. The maintenance staffs are very hard working people. Trying every day to make this building spot less and everything works properly. Most of people who lives here are very nice. Only some ignorant people are trying so hard to destroy this place. If they move out, this place will be a perfect place but, those people are ...
    everywhere. Don't leave your common sense at home people. I also highly appreciate the hard work of security people and they can do only so much. They are very respectful to all residents and visitors so treat them with respect as well. If anything goes wrong, they are one who comes to help you. After all these, the management office staffs are the people who makes all these possible. So, don't take an advantage of the system. Few things for a wakeup call. I think there are some people operates Airbnb and the pool needs to be cleaned often. I see tangled hairs size of golf ball and debris of tissues or some kind under the water when I am swimming. Also, please control amount of visitors and solicitor. People just walk in, start swimming and exercise. We are paying a lots of money to be here. After all, THIS IS a luxury apartment.
