Murphy Development, which is the landlord here, will charge you late fees that you shouldn't have gotten, not notify you of your late fee, then charge you late fees on your late fee without telling you. They will increase your rent without doing any updates, and they will never respond to maintenance requests. I've rented with Murphy for 8 years and I will never go back.
