February 1, 2024As I mentioned before, the maintenance of my apartment is not my issue. The maintenance of the building is what needs attention. Why is there money being spent on advertisement TV screens on elevators instead of money being spent to fix the elevators, so that all three are actually working? Why isn’t there money being spent on adding additional machines at the gym or at least keeping the minimal machines we have operating at all times. The way in which the budget is being used is highly ...questionable and I feel like I am not getting the type of amenities that I deserve for the amount of money I am spending.
