I wanted to share a few suggestions that I believe would improve the overall resident experience.
First, I think more frequent cleaning of the lobby areas and elevators would make a noticeable difference in the appearance and upkeep of the building.
Second, having security guards stationed in both buildings would greatly improve both convenience and security for residents.
Another area that could use improvement is the intercom system. Having a fully functioning intercom is important because ...
it allows residents to grant access to guests, deliveries, dog walkers, or cleaning services without having to come downstairs every time. It would make daily life much more convenient.
I also think residents should have the option to obtain a second key or an additional access method, even if only one person is listed on the lease. Alternatively, management or security could have a secure process for granting access to authorized service providers, such as housekeepers or dog walkers, when approved by the resident.
Lastly, I believe the electronic lock system could benefit from improved programming and more flexible access settings. The current system can be limiting, and adding features that allow temporary or customizable access would make it much more user friendly.
Overall, I enjoy living here and appreciate the community. These improvements would enhance convenience, security, and the overall resident experience.
