Located in a beautiful location. Quite area and tenants maintain there apartments and vehicles well. Price is adequate for what is offered. New Carriage House apartments used to be a fantastic place to live. Poor management. After speaking with most of the tenants at the complex-tenant maintenance requests are ignored. Most laundry rooms have stored broken appliances that have been there for over a year. The resident maintenance manager sleeps all day in his apartment. Some tenants are allowed ...

to rent 2 or 3 garages and others are ignored. The environment has deteriorated.
