I moved here from a nearby apartment complex, Ron the super showed me around. Since I moved in the pest control comes monthly, common areas are clean. Loads a free off street parking in a very lit up parking lot. This is by far the best bang for your buck in the area.

Renters BEWARE!! If you want to live in a place with mold/mildew smell, repairs not being done properly, living for months with leaks, outside trash bins overflowing and vermin/rodents on attack, safety concerns, no exterior lights in the parking lot, issues of drug dealers, homeless vagrants, drug addicts who enter and walk around the halls, and a landlord that doesn't care about anything other receiving the rent than this is the place for you! By the way, said landlord has very shady ways; he ...
