A horrible place to live

I don’t know where these other reviewers lived but I wouldn’t recommended living here to anyone. I lived here for 2 years. The leasing staff is rude and won’t answer the phone, appliances take weeks to be fixed, the neighborhood is loud and people smoke indoors with no repercussion. My a/c was broken for a week with 90+ degree heat before they even called a specialist to come out and fix it. The buildings are literally falling apart and cracking and there is no security whatsoever. The outdoor ...

I’ve lived here for three years now and it’s my favorite apartment. The location is perfect being so close to downtown OKC and Bricktown but you don’t get the traffic and noise of the city. The residents are quiet and very nice too. The property is clean and well maintained. The buildings are still new so they hold up in the inclement weather nicely. All around a great place to live!

Mae is excellent and set me up with a great apartment. She's easy to communicate with and has been nothing but professional and responsive to all of my questions throughout the application process. The apartments are wonderful and make great use of the square footage. A location that's so close to HSC truly cannot be beaten.

This property is awesome! I had my first tour last week and everything is top of line and brand new. Very modern color scheme, nice appliances, w/d included. All apartments have great natural light and close parking! Excited about the amenities too - gym, studio, secure mail and package pick up, car cleaning station, propane grills, outdoor community spaces, close to OU med for safe and convenient outdoor exercise, play ground, dog park, and coffee shop!
