New Park Chester is a good place for beginners or people that are military - stationed in the District of Columbia. It's accessible to the Navy Yard and Home Land Security. Just a block away from Anacosita Green Line Subway station. Maintenance respond quickly, there is a gym and full size laundry on the premises. Good schools close.
