Newberry square
August 21, 2025Someone the on site manager maintenance or whatever he is knows or fools around with in the building must have done the last two reviews. This building is horrible! I have never lived in conditions like this! The hallaways smell, there is a roach infestation, bedbugs, people have large dogs in the building and you can tell by the smell. The parking lot is raggedy. Don’t get me wrong, the on site maintenance or manager or whatever he is does what he can, but it’s not enough. This building should ...be closed down. Horrible All Around Experience
August 27, 2018Moving here was the single worst mistake I could have made. There is absolutely zero accountability or pride in the building from management. There is no onsite manager, the building owner lives out of state and will not respond to your requests. I went two months without a working fridge and have not had air conditioning all summer. Any requests to the owner have been ignored. The halls are filthy, the elevators are constantly out of service and the windows in the apartments do not close. ...Residents will constantly play loud music until 3am and the bar next door insures a constant stream of loud/drunk individuals at all times of the night.
