Absolutely wonderful place to live
January 26, 2021Newbury is under excellent management and maintenance. Living here is quiet, the apartment is clean and feels like brand new. The kitchen appliances all work very well and were in near perfect condition when we moved in. The property manager, Sarah, has reached out often since we moved in and she always responds to my emails if I ever have questions about the place. The apartments are spacious and have never had serious issues. Maintenance is friendly and in my experience has always come around ...very quick when needed. I highly recommend living here, likely one of the best places to stay in Syracuse!Property Manager Responded

Amazing place to live!
January 15, 2021Safe, secure, and quiet place to live! Any maintenance issues are taken care of very promptly! Neighbors are quite friendly, and the apartments are spacious and modern. I'm probably biased because I live here, but this is probably the best place to live in Syracuse, like seriously. You won't regret living here!Property Manager Responded

Honestly the best place to live in Syracuse
April 27, 2018My fiancé and I have lived here for 2 years now; the apartments are beautiful, well kept and the staff is extremely friendly & willing to help with anything you need in a very timely fashion. The neighbors are extremely quiet and keep to themselves, I truly love living here and would recommend to anyone! All conveniences are available and the property manager is quick to respond to any and every need. She goes beyond what is expected, in making sure that the grounds are safe, neatly kept, and attractively decorated. Loved it!
April 10, 2018Loved the location right off 81-481 highway. The upgraded apartment was very nice with a large kitchen and separate dining area and the balcony is huge! It was very quiet and the locked entrances made me feel extra safe. It was nice to be able to park right in front of my building. Any maintenance is done quickly.
