I've had a great experience living here. The building is always CLEAN, well-maintained, and you can tell that management takes pride in keeping it in excellent condition. They've made a lot of nice updates that really improve the look and feel of the property. The common areas are kept spotless, and any improvements have been thoughtful and well done. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-maintained building.

However, the leasing/office staff/ was always very nice and made my roommate, and I feel welcomed. Laundry on every floor was a huge plus for us. A lot has changed in the the past two years.
Management has been great and seems to really care and get to know about their tenants; they're also very responsive if you have an issue. A lot of the college kids from CCSU were not welcomed back a few years ago and it appears the ones who I have met have been properly vetted through because they're not loud or obnoxious. They don't treat the place like the dorm room. Otherwise it's quiet, gated parking is nice and it's close to everything.
