March 2, 2026We have been here for a few years now and love living here. Great location for highway access. Its quiet and the complex is clean except for our breezeway its always been covered in moth cocoons. My complaints would be that we have had our 2 bathroom windows leaking since we moved in. One has rust and condensation so we havent been able to see out of it for months. Its the only window we have on that side of the wall on the first floor. We have been told that the windows are on a list to get ...fixed one day but its been a long time. The front door isn't great theres holes in the bottom it doesn't seal correctly all the way on the bottom when closed. Also the new lease requires us to pay for community internet but we cant get them to set it up we have gotten very little help and still have no internet but im pretty sure we are paying for it already. Happy living here overall im sure every place has its issues that you just have to live with these have been worth dealing with to live here.Property Manager Responded

January 22, 2026Living at Nine12 Gateway has been a very pleasant experience. The maintenance team is efficient and responds quickly whenever I place a request, which gives me peace of mind. I really enjoy the cleanliness of the building; the common areas and hallways are always well kept. I also appreciate the sense of privacy here, which makes it easy to relax and feel at home. One thing I really appreciated was the leasing manager waiting for me until the last minute for me to move in as the office was just going to close, but she waited and helped me see the place around and move in. July 11, 2025Honestly, I have lived here for a few years and I this year has been the overall most stressful and management is very slow to tend to serious issues. Specifically regarding working key fobs which are the only means of accessing the building I live in.Property Manager Responded

May 19, 2025Living at Nine12 Gateway has been a mix of modern convenience and community living, with a few notable highs and lows. On the positive side, the apartment interiors are sleek and contemporary—granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and high ceilings give the units a stylish, upscale feel. The amenities were a big draw for me: the pool area is great for relaxing, the rooftop lounge offers a nice view, and the gym is well-equipped for daily workouts. Location-wise, it’s super convenient. ...I loved being close to I-4, Publix, and a bunch of restaurants and coffee shops. Everything you need is within a few minutes’ drive—or even walking distance if you’re up for it.Property Manager Responded
