Beautiful!
June 4, 2025I recently toured Ninety9 Lofts and was really impressed with the newly renovated units, they are beautiful! Amanda, who works on site, was amazing and super friendly. She walked me through everything and really helped me visualize what the community will become. The HUGE fridge and big pantry cabinet in the kitchen are awesome, and the views of the river are even better, you feel so close to the water! Amanda told me about all of the amenities in the works like a brand new fitness center, ...clubroom, sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, movie theater, indoor pickleball courts, GOLF SIMULATOR, and even floating docks! It honestly sounds more like a resort than an apartment complex… It’s hard to find a better location than Ninety9 Lofts, not many places are right on the river for this price. GREAT SCHOOLS TOO!
