January 18, 2025The staff will ask you to do a review after you signed your lease. Wait until you've lived there for at least a few months to do a review on the community. The landscaping is awful it be trash thrown around certain areas. Certain breezeways are dirty and filthy. Certain buildings need to be painted. They drive in the grass like it's a parking lot. The mailboxes are destroyed, and some are just left wide open. It be talking and screaming going on late at night. etc.Review from Apartments.com
No Maintains
February 19, 2016I been here for a few years and since I been here my apartment has flooded several times when it rains heavy. Also they don't fix nothing around here and I have a lot things in my apartment that need fixing. They use to have the maintains guys they had here before used to come fix things here and now since the new manager took over you don't see any of them. I told them about the problems in my apartment awhile back and no one still haven't came to fix things here. Plus, the water bill is ...ridiculous. They don't bill you on how much you used, they bill you on how many unit your apartment have like if you have three bedroom apartment your bill is ninety dollars and it will stay like that every month no matter how much you used.
