About Nittany Highland Apartments
Welcome home to Nittany Highlands Apartments. Our spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom units include individual heat controls and central air conditioning. Your rent covers trash, sewer, water, Wi-Fi, and gas, as well as off-street parking in our private lot. Tenant pays for the electricity. Shared coin-operated laundry facilities are available on the 2nd floor. We allow pets with an additional security deposit of $200 per pet, up to two pets. Units can be furnished for an extra fee. Feel free to call or email with any questions. We offer 12-month leases. Owner pays for trash, sewer, water, Wi-Fi, and gas. Tenant pays for the electricity.
