Park-Like Setting - Beautiful - Terrific Management!

I've been living at Nobl Park for about 7 months now. My experience has been wonderful. The property is so pretty and feels like a park setting. The management is so nice and very attentive. Even the maintenance team is great. Everyone I talk to has nothing but good things to say about Sherry, the manager, and Meghan, the assistant manager. I think it's because they themselves are residents of Nobl Park, so it feels more personable. I met Sherry and had a tour of the property a couple of years ...
before I actually moved there. I knew then that when the time was right, that's where I was going to live. The apartments have more of a condo feel that than of a boxy apartment, which we also really enjoy.

We rented here for a short term stay and were very impressed with the office staff, grounds keeping and friendly neighbors. The office replied promptly to any concerns and the property always looks nice. The heated pool and recreation rooms were always clean and made for great summer fun. We met wonderful neighbors and the sense of community made us feel welcome.

We work more than we're home. What a beautiful place to come home to.

This is a very nice complex. We have access to the pool and to the gym. We can reserve the community room for birthday parties. They just installed new gas fireplaces. We have great neighbors and management.
