My experience has been good...As for the Staff they are concerned about the Residents .I'm glad for the bldg that I reside @ we all get along plus we look after each other Especially when they have packages sitting outside their door we all keep our Area & Surroundings Clean.I just want everyone to get doorbells they Really need them for their Safety.So just keep up your Apt and everything will be just fine.

My experience here has been tremendous ?? .I m A Loyal Resident here and I not ashame of my living here. As I give this review I have been making sure I keep my Area clean plus I encourage my neighbors to invest in A Ring Doorbell. Now as for The Staff they have been generous plus I wouldn't trade them for nothing. All I want for the Residents here is to just get along and be kind to each other.

I have been living here going on 4 years and I don't a complaint about the property yet. The maintenance is on point and the people are ok. The office personnel treat you with the upmost respect and they always have activities for the senior citizens.

First I want to Thank God for allowing me to be A Resident of Nolan Grande plus to be able to afford to pay my Rent on time. I been here 10yrs and counting. As for the new comers We Welcome you all with Open Arms... All we have to do is follow the Rules & Regulations and everything will be just fine. My stay here is what I made of it be kind to every1 plus as for your neighbors in our bldg just be polite to the Staff as well.So enjoy your place and clean around your area .

Lots of things have changed which place more pressure on seniors since we moved here 4 years ago. No more trash removal and elevator broken for a month.
