March 3, 2025I've been a resident at Nolina Flats for going on seven years. I've chosen to stay here because I love the property itself and all the surrounding trees and wildlife. I also very much appreciate the wonderful amenities that they are consistently maintaining and/or improving. The office and maintenance staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. Excellent service, always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The staff at Nolina are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live, convenient public transport stops and how easily accessible. I feel so lucky to live here! I've always felt safe and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood-like feel this ...community offers.
