Terrible Experience
September 26, 2025Terrible experience — within the first weeks the bathtub had a hole, the AC failed multiple times, and an outlet was smoking. On top of that, the overall environment even drew in APD, which dragged me into an incident I should never have been exposed to. It was stressful and exhausting to deal with constant problems instead of feeling at home. This was the worst apartment experience I’ve had, and I wouldn’t rent from this company again.Property Manager Responded

March 3, 2025I've been a resident at Nolina Flats for going on seven years. I've chosen to stay here because I love the property itself and all the surrounding trees and wildlife. I also very much appreciate the wonderful amenities that they are consistently maintaining and/or improving. The office and maintenance staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. My apartment has always felt like Home Sweet Home to me and my son and I really couldn't imagine living anywhere else.Property Manager Responded
