January 22, 2026I recently had the pleasure of living at Nolina Flats and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best living experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I moved in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The building is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained, with great amenities like a fitness center, lounge area, and outdoor spaces that make it easy to relax or socialize. My apartment itself was bright, spacious, and thoughtfully ...designed, with high-quality appliances and plenty of storage. I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the community was. It truly felt like home. The location is also perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. January 8, 2026I haven't had any major issues since moving in a little over a week ago. Everyone has been very responsive and helpful. So far, I give it 4 stars because of no valet trash/recycle, and very little grassy areas for my pups. There's plenty of what would usually be "green space" but instead it's just dirt and rocks, not ideal for dogs.Property Manager Responded

December 26, 2025Moving can be stressful, but the staff here made everything feel easy and welcoming. Everyone has been so sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my move-in. I haven’t had any problems whatsoever and feel really taken care of as a resident.
