June 19, 2025Friendly, quiet and clean...have yet to use the pool because due to being closed for repairs...I often see tenants with pets walking on property not using the dog park Having there pets poop and not pick it up it smells awful especially in this heat I wish they would be mindful to use the dog park for this exact same reasonReview from Apartments.com

Nice and Quiet
August 6, 2024Very happy to have found Nordica Landing. I don't usually leave reviews, but I have found the staff and my neighbors all very pleasant. The pickleball courts are great for when I have family in town and the pool is also nice. The apartment itself has been great and it is very spacious. Quiet and spacious apartment
February 19, 2023I toured Nordica Landing this past weekend and enjoyed all of the amenities. The leasing office told me they are adding to the sports court area to make room for even more amenities. The unit I toured was spacious and clean and it was nice to have a washer and dryer inside. I love the fountain and all of the beautiful trees. It seems like a safe neighborhood and the price is good.Property Manager Responded

Save your money
May 10, 2021Current “management” does not mind getting into screaming arguments with tenants, and NEVER follows up with a resolution when needed. He turns a blind eye to drug use, and sales in the complex. It allows more traffic, and people are bumping music at all hours of the night. It also allows more trash to be thrown in the street, and trash that’s never picked up, including a WalMart shopping cart that’s been sitting for weeks in the complex. There’s also mounds of dog poop that he allows to continue ...to happen, even though there is a dog park. Exterior conditions of the buildings are AWFUL. Rotten wood is everywhere, including broken lattice work, overflowing gutters filled with leaves, screens that are damaged/torn that is not replaced. We pay amenity fees for moldy outdoor furniture, a dirty grill area, and a pool that is sometimes a greenish color with leaves floating on top.
