January 22, 2026Old apartments, there is always something breaking and takes forever to get fixed. They went up on rent but don’t do anything to improve the living conditions. There’s a trash fee but there is no valet trash at all. Parking is terrible and extremely limited. Super thin walls. Would never recommend.Review from Apartments.com

June 19, 2025Friendly, quiet and clean...have yet to use the pool because due to being closed for repairs...I often see tenants with pets walking on property not using the dog park Having there pets poop and not pick it up it smells awful especially in this heat I wish they would be mindful to use the dog park for this exact same reasonReview from Apartments.com

Nice and Quiet
August 6, 2024Very happy to have found Nordica Landing. I don't usually leave reviews, but I have found the staff and my neighbors all very pleasant. The pickleball courts are great for when I have family in town and the pool is also nice. The apartment itself has been great and it is very spacious.
