July 17, 2023Norhardt apartment is old aged apartments with Poor Management facilities, we Stayed in this apartments for more than 3 years ,it is full of Mices and bedbugs ,managment never cares about residents they want hard earned money of the residents .Review from Apartments.com
Bed Bugs
April 25, 2019This place has been infested by Bed Bugs and Cockroaches since 2017, but management continues to rent out apartments without eliminating bed bugs. Bed bugs are spreading from apartment to apartment and building to building and may end up in the Norhardt office or the work out room. I am appalled by the lack of care and deception by Inland, LLC management and employees. They make you sign a bed bug addendum which makes you liable for bed bugs regardless of who brought them in or if eggs and nymphs ...were already present in your new apartment which is not visible to the naked eye. Also, hallways and laundry areas stink like sewer. Please don't rent from here! Please read other reviews about bed bugs and roaches below.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
