May 17, 2022I hate this place! Thank God I am moving tomorrow! Been here a little over a year and they make you pay for hot water and it's always something wrong with it, and it will be off. Sometimes the power too. Do yourself a favor and move out ASAP! Plus it's bug infested and gross since day 1 I had this issue and they have the nerve to go up on rent? March 9, 2022My floor fan blows harder than the AC The electricity sucks, you can't plug two things up at once ALL appliances are dated, my refrigerator barely works. Maintenance has been out twice to pump it with freon, I was told they would replace it, it's been 3 weeks and counting The apartment (walk-in) gate in the back is broken The ventilation system sucks, I can smell everything my neighbors do in my apartment (everything). June 18, 2021Current tenant, horrible place to live ac has been broken for 2 almost 3 months now and keep being told it fixed but it’s 76 in my apartment. The office people are really childish locked me out of my apartment knowing I was getting rental assistance 2 months ago and wanna live saying I’m not communicating when I have been but haven’t gotten anything from them. And they wanna talk about you behind your back. Just unprofessional, I can’t wait til my lease is up I’m serious don’t live hereProperty Manager Responded

Horrible Place To Live..
January 28, 2019The place is horrible roaches rotten wood mold everywhere and the matience never come for repairs no parking spaces no washer dryer connections don’t let the new paint only in the front of the complex fool you the rest looks like a war zone and let’s not forget the trashy neighbors who liter everywhere this place is a complete dump and that’s a understatement full of drugs and pit bulls rats roaches etc..Property Manager Responded

Don’t recommend.
August 14, 2018Management was always pretty cool. But apartment was disgusting and ugly from the jump. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to hear your neighbor drunk at 2-3 am yelling and singing. Rent always varied which caused a lot of late fees and for some reason electricity bill was ALWAYS high even when I was not home for weeks at a time with nothing on.Review from Apartments.com
Rude and bad attitudes
October 2, 2017I moved in these apartments under a different staff. That staff was very friendly, informing and maintenance was on the ball. After the apartments changed management, the current staff under the management of Luz is rude and disrespectful. They lie about everything and work together to cover it up. During Hurricane Harvey I evacuated; just to come back and find that the locks on my door were changed, and my contents were removed. Not the place to live
August 4, 2017I currently live here .... I can not wait to my lease to expire I will not be renewing.... the staff is rude and they are not able to help you with anything... bad attitudes and no respect.... they lie about many things and turn around and act like they are innocent.... the maintenance is not all that great it takes week or more to resolve an issue and sometimes the orders don't get resolve .... my lock was no good for the weekend we had to go in through the patio door and the rent is high for us ...to have to go through this.... they lie about pacakages not being in office.... and I see it says free water, trash, sewer... I don't think so I currently pay a separate bill for this .... I pay close to 900 dollars... and security is not safe as well... the gates are always broken or down and not in use... so sorry but I give no stars to this place ... it started when I moved In my a.c. was out I called emergency maintenance and was rude and said it would have to wait ... heat for 2 days.... May 5, 2017I am a current tenant. The front gate is always broken and wide open. It takes 3 calls to the office to get anything fixed and yesterday they left a note on everyone's front door with numerous spelling and grammar mistakes. So unprofessional! and the last paragraph of the note says if they find any minors without parents or guardians, they are required to call CPS. Who makes this stuff up? Amazing apartments and great office staff!
April 19, 2013Normandy Woods is an excellent place to live, a park for the kids, friendly office staff. Quick to fix problems. Exterminated my apartment quickly, when I asked them to and had excellent customer service. Gracie and the other Manager are sweet as can be and answer all your questions and concerns and you can tell they really care about their residents. They outside of the apartments look amazing and are always clean and they lighting in the parking lot is great and gives me peace of mind. If you ...are looking for an apartment that is reasonably priced, and also a great place to live if you have a family. The pool will be open soon and I am looking forward to it!
