Ladies you were helpful and gave me the information I needed to decide to lease. Fitness center, bus stop in front of community, playground, dog park and plenty of parking is what I was looking for. This place WAS decent at one point
July 21, 2022I’ve been living at this property for a couple of years now . I have to say the first year was great . But since than this place has went to crap . From constantly hearing gunshots out side your window or door . Finding spent shells where your children play . Vehicle break-ins . People swinging ak-47s in the parking lot like it’s a toy .If your looking for a safe place to live this ain’t it . Management is not bad and neither is the maintenance the property is clean for the most part. But I ...just wish they did a better job screening and staying on top on who come in and out of the property .Property Manager Responded

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY & STAFF
August 29, 2017If I could rate them anything lower trust me I would! The time I lived there was the worse. I was towed several times. My car damaged due to flooding, car window broken in. The final straw was when I got robbed at gun point and vehicle taken from me in front of my three small children. Its hard to get a hold of someone in the office and when you do they are uneducated, disrespectful, ignorant and rude. June 24, 2017LET ME START BY SAYING NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER MOVE HERE IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. I'M A CURRENT RESIDENT AND THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. NORTH BEND MANAGEMENT IS SO RACIST ITS SAD. I WENT INTO THE LEASING OFFICE TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT ABOUT THEIR PEST PROBLEMS AND SHE DECIDED TO CATCH AND ATTITUDE WITH ME AND ALSO BLAME ME FOR THEM HAVING BED BUGS!!!!!!! YES I SAID BED BUGS!!!!! SHE ALSO GOT MAD AND GAVE ME MY 30 DAY NOTICE AND SAID IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE HERE ...WE DONT WANT YOU HERE. SHE IS VERY VERY RUDE AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HER RESIDENTS. I NEVER KNEW WHAT A BED BUG WAS UNTIL A WEEK AGO AND I HAD TO EDUCATE MYSELF BECAUSE NO WHERE I EVER LIVED I HAVE HAD TO GO THROUGH THIS. THE REVIEWS YOU READ ARE VERY MUCH SO TRUE OFF THE RIP YOU CAN TELL THE PROPERTY MANAGER DOESN'T LIKE BLACK PEOPLE. MAINTENANCE DOESN'T DO NOTHING THEY LIE AND SAY THEY FIX THIS AND DO NOT FIX ANYTHING. IT TAKES THEM FOREVER TO COME OUT YOU PAY FOR PEST FOR NOTHING CAUSE THEIR COMPLEX IS INFESTED WITH BUGS AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PIC I HAVE HAD TO THROW OUT MOST OF MY FURNITURE AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER STATED SHE WILL TREAT UNIT ONCE IM GONE AND I HAVE 3 SMALL CHILDREN MY OLDEST IS 5 AND SHE DOESN'T CARE WHAT SO EVER. PARKING IS HORRIBLE NO WHERE FOR VISITORS TO PARK. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX ITS NOT WORTH GIVING YOUR MONEY UP TO A COMPANY WHO REALLY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A little sketchy.
September 7, 2015There was a gun casing in the hallway and also a shooting at 11:30 am. The parking lot isn't that great either. Potholes and some flooding. Bugs can be an issue also. Management was always nice though.Review from Apartments.com
Good place, could improve
August 20, 2015Good size apartment for a reasonable price. Two good sized pools. Great location. Management needs improvement on attitude but things do get taken care of in a timely manner. No problems with neighbors here everyone keeps to themselves .Review from Apartments.com
