Marijuana

TL;DR: MARIJUANA filled building, love it or hate it. The apartments themselves are affordable and nice. The people actually living in the building smoke marijuana every day, and sometimes all day. If you try to ask them to smoke less, they smoke more. If you love getting high all day, every day, inside and outside of your apartment building, then this is the building for you. In spite of the lease not allowing smoking, this is 100% a smoking building. You can even smoke cigarettes indoors. ...

Management is fully aware that people do this and will do absolutely nothing about it. So basically, if you love marijuana, this is a great place to live. But, if you experience negative side effects from marijuana or have children, do not live here!
