August 21, 2025Juan is great Juan responds so fast to every request. Last week he completely resolved my shower head issues. And he did his best with my dishwasher by correcting the direction of the blades and replacing a broken part. The heat dry now works but the pressure seemed too weak to wash thoroughly. So this time, Juan replaced the water pump in the dishwasher. He explains things thoroughly and patiently. He works quickly. And he always cleans up before he leaves. Juan is great.
