Love my apartment
October 14, 2017I really love my apartment, especially the wood floors. The dog park is great, it is very convenient so I don't have to throw my dog in the car to let him get exercise. He really enjoys it and has fun. Overall I really like living here!Property Manager Responded

Good place to live!!!!!!!!
October 11, 2017The bad reviews you may read are ridiculous and i honestly cant believe it. I have lived in several apartments and this one by far has the nicest people and apartment. They ALWAYS work with me. They go above and beyond any other apartment people I have EVER dealt with. These bad review people should try out some of the other apartments around here, and then see if theyre complaining about here! TRUST ME, this place is 100% better. Sometimes it can take a little while to get work orders ...done, but its really not a big deal or even THAT long. Stuff happens. 5 Stars!!! Great Community & Helpful Staff!
October 7, 2017I just moved in to this complex and my move in experience was great! I moved from out of state and the staff made the process such an easy transition for me. I was way behind on the road on move in day (Friday traffic), and management stayed late to ensure that I would be able to get moved in as planned. I could tell that they were behind on getting my apartment ready because maintenance was still working in there, I told the man he could come back next week since it was nothing major but he ...stayed to finish to make sure everything was finished up. This whole staff seems so friendly and happy, and I was very impressed with how great the property looked when I pulled up! They are not brand new apartments, but they are updated and the price is good too. I am still learning the area, but it seems to be convenient to just about everything. So far, I am very happy here and would definitely recommend the community!Property Manager Responded

Love it!
May 26, 2016I recently transferred to a one bedroom, so I would not have to have a roommate. The people in the office made it really easy on me. My new apartment is wonderful. The closet is massive!! I have been here for a year, and going on 2 years now. I am happy here, and do not plan to move for awhile. Maintenance men are some really great guys also. I have recommend many friends and family to live here. Overall, I'm satisfied!Review from Apartments.com
North Raleigh (Oaks Landing)
August 7, 2015When it comes to location, this apartment complex is a great choice! 6 mins from Triangle Town Center, close to shopping, dining, attractions, and 15mins from downtown. Even though the location is prime and the neighborhood is quiet and laidback, there are some minor details about the apartment itself that might be HELPFUL. We have a 2br2ba and is about 1000sqft. The apt is nice in itself (good sized closets, bathrooms, open-floor plan, and faux hardwood floors), having been upgraded however the ...apt wasn’t finished when we were given our keys, The heat was also not working and some of the appliances were broken, we had 4 maintence calls in our first week here. We are now halfway through our lease and things have been going alright, however the office has put a new system in place that charges 25$ to pay your rent and this is the only form of accepting payment for them (online) which is extremely inconvenient, The past 6 mths we have been here the gym has been closed (advertises 24/7gym) and is not open 24/7. Last but not least upon signing our lease, the office manager was extremely adamant about reporting bugs and pests, now that were in the summer months my neighbors and I find ourselves infested with insects constantly. Also please note that the office has a 24/7 emergency line for repairs and they are pretty good at coming 3 out of 5 times. Even though it might sound negative, its BEARABLE and they do a pretty good job at addressing your issues. I would recommend this complex to anyone just starting out or looking for a quiet, relaxed atmosphere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
