Living here has been a nightmare. The buildings are old, the walls and ceilings are paper-thin, and noise travels between units very easily. The ant problem has been ongoing and never seems to be fully resolved.
Safety is the biggest concern. There have been repeated car break-ins in the supposedly secured garage, which is unacceptable. Within the community, people regularly speed through narrow roads with multiple blind spots. I've personally seen two pedestrians get hit by cars, along with ...
many other close calls. Simple measures like speed bumps could have made a big difference.
Another issue is the constant smell of marijuana throughout the community, especially during evenings and weekends. If you have young children, this is not an ideal place to live.
The property looks great during the tour, but the reality is very different once you move in. Over the last two years, I've seen the overall safety and quality of living steadily decline. There are far better apartment communities nearby that provide better value and genuinely prioritize their residents.
