March 22, 2025Judi is the worst manager ever. We have lived here for over 6 years and never my kids were constantly sick from all the mold. The place has no installation so very cold so pge bill always over 400 way to pricy. You always have enough homeless people going through the trash. Mailbox always gets broken into. There rats, slugs and ants you gotta deal with in your complex. Wouldn't recommend these apartmentsReview from Apartments.com

September/2019 New Management & Improvements
September 24, 2019We have a new manager Irma and she is really making an effort to make this complex a better place to live! She started working as an onsite manager in May 2018 And has taken several classes on managerial skills and classes on how to improve your tenant/landlord relationships etc... She is available and in her office at all times posted on manager door and has already made many changes snd improvements in her short time here! The grounds have been cleaned up and she stays on top of this and many ...issues that were a problem in the past but no longer with her constant and professional skills as North Park Apartments new onsite manager! She has also put into place a website for all tenants to use with their own personal pin to pay rent using visa or master-card to put in any work orders for repairs, complaints or comments snd this site keeps tenants informed of the current crime in the area and news!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Awful and unprofessional
November 13, 2018Apartment is covered in mold in the walls ceiling and carpets floors were soft and falling through front door and sliding door was rusted because of the air flow and moisture that came through every window had mold no matter how many times we cleaned it. No matter how many times in the two years we lived there nothing got done about it. When we first moved in our bathroom ceiling exhaust fan wasn't even connected to an air duct so our bathroom molded. Our fence post by the gate was broken as well ...as the main board going across the fence and they did a crummy bandaid job with a shorter board that didn't even go the length of the fence and it was still just as bad. Management is extremely unprofessional. And have absolutely no problem giving you a 24 hour eviction. Never had any complaints about me or my family until we got persistent about the repairs that need to be done on the apartment. January 2, 2018This place is an absolute dump. The housing is covered in mold. She does the bear minimum to the landscape. There is always crime in this area. The neighbors have zero respect for smoking rules and noise levels. And the landlord never returns phone calls, nor does she respond properly to complaints. November 27, 2017These places are freezing in the winter and if you have a maintenance problem judy makes you feel bad for saying anything she will gives erit ups for stupied things she also just walked in my apartment. WORST PLACE TO LIVE
June 5, 2017I have never lived in such a nasty place in my life. There is mold everywhere, I understand we live in Oregon but it is unmanageable. I was constantly sick from living here. The neighbors smoked never actually following the rules and going out away from the housing complex's. the kids would play loud and late hours. the landlord never was available nor was the maintenance man.
