North Park Townhomes is located in the gently rolling hills of Eastgate. We are nestled back in a neighborhood surrounded by Clepper Park. Our property has two dog parks for our furry residents. We also have a luxurious pool, a large playground and a large courtyard area. In our clubhouse we have a large fitness center as well as a laundry room and community room. Our townhomes all have fenced in patios with additional storage, plenty of additional interior storage, and large in unit laundry rooms. Our fully renovated units have stainless steel appliances and some have built in bookcases and fireplaces.

Moving is incredibly stressful, moving with a 5 year old and 7 months pregnant is even more stressful! Alicia and Jerry have made everything so smooth!! Alicia was so helpful and quick with responding and Jerry was so amazing and detail oriented. Not the worst place to live, has a great surrounding for families trying to make it. In reality not bad, but you cant overlook the fact it was Project 8 with a couple nice added features. So Location is great, townhome not so much.

We moved in October 2014 and got the 2br designer unit. Highly recommend getting the designer unit as the kitchen without the update is closed off and doesn't offer much storage. As to our particular unit we love it! We are near everything ie: Mall, Jungle Jim's, Kroger, all major fast food as I really could go on we have almost everything within a 15min drive.
Downfalls: We were supposed to get a pool this summer (one of the reasons we chose this place) but we never got it....Also Getting to ...
the highway to go north really sucks! If you take the "easy way" you will be stuck sitting for 10min waiting to get on the highway.
