If I could give a lower score I would!!!
August 4, 2019This complex is disgusting! Water damage never fixed in bathroom ceiling was falling in! Windows in bedroom leaked. Mold infested apartment! Maintenance was completely useless. Staff in office were also useless! Was told I would get my security deposit back with in 6 weeks! Going on 3 months still getting the run around! Guess it's time to call a lawyer and get authorities involved to have the units inspected to make sure they are all up to code! I would never recommend these apartment to anyone ...ever!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Rip-off
January 4, 2018Management does not do what they say they're going to do. They said I would receive my deposit back within 60 days. That was August 2017. And all of sudden, "they don't have a corporate office". Property always filthy. My neighbor's apartment was roach infested, so after they moved out, the whole building became infested. I spent hundreds of dollars getting rid of roaches that management should have gotten rid of through pest control. They couldn't pay me to move back there.Review from Apartments.com
Disgusting
August 15, 2017Always trash on the grounds, you can tell that management does not do what they need too, too keep this property the way it should be, and I always hear fighting and arguing!!!! It's embarrassing to live here because there are no morals here.... Will be moving after my lease is up.... Terrible... The only good thing is the maintenance man, Tony always fixes anything that needs to be fixed!!! Thx u Tony! I also don't feel safe with my children at this property.... It's this way because management ...allows it!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Pleased
April 19, 2016I am extremely pleased with NorthPointe apartments. The staff is very friendly, as well as the maintenance team. They always seem to get the job done properly and in an orderly fashion. It's a quiet, clean environment where you can enjoy peace and comfort at its best. My two year old son, and I have been living here for about two years with no complaints as far as, loud music, break-ins, etc. My 2 bedroom apartment is spacious and I couldn't disagree with these hardwood floors. The hardwood ...floors are easy to clean and keeps a fresh smell. There's a playground I can take my son to (which is a plus), and a dog park located behind the office. There's no amount of happiness in the world that could compare to the my excitement. Thank You NorthPointe Staff, Sincerly Barbara.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Northpointe Apartments
July 30, 2015I have lived here for the last year. I live in a downstairs apartment. The walls and ceilings are extremely thin. So you hear every footstep made. The parking lots are always full of trash. Maintenance issues are often not taken care of or completely inadequately. Section 8 is also allowed here and then you have people like me paying $700 a month to live here in a 2 bedroom. The laundry rooms are always dirty and the AC is usually not working so it gets really hot doing laundry. You also have to ...pay for laundry because there are no washer and dryer hookups. Overall, I have never felt unsafe here but have encountered some unruly neighbors! Wouldn't rent here for what it cost to live here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
