My name is Val and I am one of the first to have gotten my apartment here at North Village over one year ago. I am so comfortable here and I feel really safe. It is a very quiet neighborhood and beautiful places to walk including being close to the Eastern Trail . I love it here and the landlords are very accommodating and they keep this area very neat and clean. I would highly recommend anybody who would want to stay in these exceptional and beautiful apartments .

I love living at North Village. Very quiet and clean neighborhood. You cannot beat the location. My neighbors are the best. Respectful and friendly. Hard to find a rental in ME where my kitties are welcome and North Village is priorities pets and their comfort. Sam and Rhonda are the best property managers I have ever worked with. Friendly, professional and get things done fast.

We’ve been here for a month so far have nothing but nice things to say. Pristine construction and amenities, nothing was cheaply made or rushed when built. Landlord/property managers are extremely kind and responsive and go out of their way for their tenants. Great location in town, and the dog park at the complex is a huge plus, there are tons of dogs here! Very happy we found this gem.

Absolutely love my apartment. Quality construction, clean, great neighbors, everyone is friendly, building is quiet. Safe neighborhood within walking distance of the Eastern Trail and a few restaurants. Close to beaches. Property manager is very responsive and helpful. Maintenance staff is also extremely nice. Highly recommend.

I’ve lived at North Village for over a month now and absolutely love it. My unit is beautiful and has everything I could ask for. The dog park is lovely, the grounds are always clean and well-cared for, and everyone I’ve met in the community is friendly. Management always gets back to me quickly when I have questions or need help. Highly recommend, it’s a great place to live!
