    i love my building, the area, the neighborhood, the pool and the gym, even coffee machine on the 15th floor, concierges, leasing office crew and maintenance team, everything is perfect.

    A lovely place to call home! The staff is supportive and kind. The amenities are cozy and spacious for fun gatherings. And the pool i area is nice and relaxing.

    The apartment is beautiful, including the lobby, clubhouse area, pool, and rooftop deck. Also, the units themselves are so nice! They are very spacious and have beautiful finishings.

    Recommend this building to anyone that is looking. I've had an incredible time living here. It has everything you could possibly need from an apartment building. The unparalleled views and great staff are the icing on the cake.

    I love living in North Water. It’s the perfect distance from my work (about 20 minute walk) not to mention it has everything you need in a 2 block radius. Sushi restaurant or Robert’s pizza, liquor store, Target, Walgreens and everything you need within walking distance. Front desk provides extra security. Upscale apartment complex. 10/10

    Northwater is a great place to live. I have lived here for over 6 years and the staff are wonderful. The views are amazing and for the most part, it is quiet.

    Repairs handled quickly (within a day) and the apartment views are awesome regardless of where the unit faces. Gym is a bit small, but the view from there is really good
