North Pointe is Tremendously Great!!!
July 30, 2020North Pointe is a really awesome place to live, and the new mgmt speaking of those who work in the office Erica and LaRue, they make a great team together they're on top of their A-Game they work together to get things done and over here at North Pointe, they make home feel like home. So I don't have any complaints all I can say is that we're so blessed to have this new mgmt staff. Hats off to Erica and LaRue and all the rest that came with the new mgmt staff. Not good to ask questions
July 19, 2020I got approved for this property in June of 2020 & I asked property manager Erica to communicate with me weekly about move-in date because I was on time frame (she agreed, but NEVER did. I sent regional manager Tim an email (professional one) asking questions about rules & polices ONLY and they canceled my application 5min after right giving me a move-in date of 8/1Review from Apartments.com

My first apartment
July 30, 2015Northpointe is my very first apartment. They are reasonably priced based on the apartments around them. The paint job is about 2 stars, it is rather sloppy, but may only be noticable to me because I pait houses. There is trim popping off in spots but I have easily hammered that back on (though I shouldn't have had to in the first place). All units have a washer and dryer in them, which is a huge bonus! Everything else with the apartment is great. We have had one leak but within 2 hours of callin ...maintenance, the leak was fixed and the carpets were being cleaned. Very impressed with staff, but the overall quality of the apartments themselves is what leaves Northpointe at only 3 stars.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Nice place to live
July 25, 2015Northpointe Apartments is a nice place to live. It's quite and friendly. The management, office staff and maintenance are friendly and are always there and on top of things. It has a nice pool, work out room. The apartments are nice snd spacious. They come with stove, fridge, and dishwasher, washer and dryer hookups.
