Disgusting
July 30, 2023You will be moved into a dirty apt then charged a ridiculously high cleaning fee when you decide to not release. Deposit will not be returned. Half of the property is empty because they can not retain tenants due to poor property management and being money hungry.. make matters worse they are roach infestedProperty Manager Responded

Unsatisfied
July 7, 2023I moved here 8 months ago and the staff was great. Always someone to speak to if any issues. Today I went in to let them know about strangers hanging around the apartments and knocking on random doors. The office personnel is new and no one seems to care about the property or issues of the tenants. I've noticed that the property is being poorly kept and the gates are no longer working. Which means anyone can come onto the property. Also, the lighting on the property is deem at best. It ...saddens me to have to give this review because the apartment had great promise when I moved in and now it seems the management doesn't care to keep up the property. I gave my notice. Please consider elsewhere to move, it's not safe here.Property Manager Responded

November 1, 2019I have been living here for 10 years. Over the years there have been many changes in management, and right now the office is easy and great to work with. Always welcoming and helpful. The apartments are very cute and nice. The community is pretty quiet. Parking is my only complaint but you will have issues with parking at any apartments.
