From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Dwain, the Community Manager, sets the tone for excellence. His leadership is evident in the way the entire property is run—efficient, friendly, and always resident-focused. Dwain is approachable, responsive, and truly committed to creating a community, not ...just a place to live. Joi, the Assistant Community Manager, is a powerhouse of positivity and organization. She’s always on top of things, whether it’s handling resident concerns or coordinating events that bring neighbors together. Her attention to detail and cheerful demeanor make every interaction a pleasure. Essence, the Leasing Agent, is simply phenomenal. She made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, answering every question with patience and clarity. Her enthusiasm and professionalism made me feel confident in choosing Northerly as my home. David, the Maintenance Manager, deserves major praise. He’s incredibly skilled, prompt, and courteous. August 25, 2025A great place to start your new home. A quite place environment is clean. Secure safe. I would the staff is very sufficient friendly courteous. I feel like even if I don't have a problem I can go into the leasing office and just socialize with them. If I have any problem they are always there to help me.
